Ticket Types & Seating Areas at Stade de France

Concerts at Stade de France use a custom event layout designed to maximise sightlines, sound quality, and overall production for large-scale stadium shows. Below is a clear overview of the main ticket types available for major concerts, including pop and stadium-level performances.

Pelouse Or (Front Standing)

Pelouse Or is the premium standing area closest to the stage, offering the most immersive experience in the stadium. Positioned directly at the front of the pitch, this section provides excellent proximity to the artist and clearer sightlines than other standing areas. Capacity is limited to help maintain comfort, but as an unreserved standing zone, early arrival is strongly recommended for those aiming to be right at the barrier.

Pelouse (Rear Standing)

Pelouse (Rear Standing) is the general admission standing area located behind Pelouse Or on the stadium floor. This is an unreserved space with no assigned spots, meaning placement is first come, first served. The atmosphere here is energetic and social, with plenty of room for movement, dancing, and enjoying the show alongside fellow fans while still being part of the pitch-level experience.

Lower Tier Seating

Lower Tier seats are located at ground level around the pitch, offering allocated, numbered seating with strong views of the stage. This section strikes an excellent balance between proximity and comfort, allowing fans to stay close to the performance while enjoying the full scale of the production, crowd energy, and visuals without standing for the entire show.

Middle Tier Seating

The Middle Tier sits above the Lower Tier, providing a slightly elevated perspective with clear, central sightlines across the stage and stadium. These seats are allocated and ideal for fans who want a comfortable seated experience while still feeling connected to the action. Views here often capture both the performer and the full lighting and screen production.

Upper Tier Seating

Upper Tier seats are located at the highest level of Stade de France. While farther from the stage, they offer a wide, panoramic view of the entire stadium, making them ideal for appreciating large-scale visuals, lighting effects, and crowd atmosphere. These seats are often the most affordable seated option and are perfect for fans who want to experience the spectacle of a stadium concert from above.

Additional Notes on Layout

Stade de France seating plans can vary depending on the stage design, including extended runways or platforms projecting into the crowd. Some side or rear sections may be sold at reduced prices due to angled or partially restricted views. Entry routes, concourses, and facilities are clearly signposted, though standing and seated ticket holders may be directed to different access points on arrival.

Each ticket type offers a distinct experience — from high-energy pitch standing to elevated panoramic seating, allowing fans to choose what best fits their concert style and budget.
